| The construction of teacher team is the basic work to promote the development of education,and high quality teacher training is the driving force of teacher post-service development.In recent years,teacher training has been paid more and more attention by the country and society.The promotion of the legal status of vocational education also puts forward higher requirements for the training of vocational education teachers.Paying attention to the effectiveness of post-service training of secondary vocational teachers and guiding the direction of research on training of secondary vocational teachers are the key to effectively enhance the strength of teachers in secondary vocational schools.This study mainly uses the questionnaire survey and interview method,on the basis of in-depth review of literature related to teacher training,combined with the preliminary investigation,revised and formed the Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of post-service Training for secondary vocational Teachers.Randomly select teachers from 4 public secondary vocational schools in S city as the research objects,and take the Kirkpatrick four-level assessment model as the theoretical model,the effectiveness of post-service training for secondary vocational teachers was investigated from the response level,learning level and behavior level,and the collected questionnaire data was analyzed descriptively and differently by SPSS software.Then,five secondary vocational teachers were interviewed for several times and relevant training materials were collected for the part that the questionnaire could not investigate in depth,to further reveal the existing problems and reasons of post-service training of secondary vocational teachers in S city,and then put forward strategies to improve the effectiveness of post-service training.This study finds that the effectiveness of post-service training for secondary vocational teachers in S city is generally at an above average level,and the scores of each dimension from high to low are in the order of learning level,behavior level and response level.The effectiveness of post-service training of secondary vocational teachers in S City has significant differences in teaching age,professional title and matching degree of learning and teaching majors.The post-service training demand survey is lacking or too simple,and the trainees have limited time and energy to participate in the training,and the training quality and effect are poor.Combined with the results of questionnaire and interview,it is found that the main problems existing in the effectiveness of post-service training of secondary vocational teachers in S City are as follows:dislocation of training supply and demand;The internalization of training knowledge and the improvement of skills is insufficient;It is difficult to apply what is learned in training to practice.The reasons for the above problems are as follows: there are many restrictive factors for teachers to participate in training;Teachers lack clear motivation and learning objectives;Training lacks effective quality assessment and convenient practice environment.Based on the problems found in the investigation and analysis of the reasons,combined with related management theories,this thesis puts forward effective strategies of post-promotion training: rational planning of personal development goals to overcome barriers to training;Effectively analyze training needs and optimize training contents and methods;Establish and perfect training incentive mechanism to mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in training;Deepen school-enterprise cooperation,improve teachers’ professional ability and practical ability;Improve training quality assessment,training follow-up follow-up guidance;Strengthen the training of trainers and build a teacher-training team integrating production and education. |
