Nowadays, GIS has been widely used in military、commercial、medical and health work fields and soon, it is in the initial stage to achieve the analysis of rural health facilities management and currentsituation by the spatial analysis function of GIS. This paper takes the rural health facilities in Lingshoucountry Shijiazhuang city as the object of study, by investigating rural health facilities current situation inthe study area, collecting related data, and establish geographic spatial database of the rural populationdistribution、the health facilities point distribution、the administrative division and so on, and make out thethematic map, to realize the visualization and GIS graphical of rural fitness facilities. On the basis of these,by spatial analysis function of GIS, this paper evaluates and analyzes spatial distribution of rural fitnessfacilities, and finds the exited questions of fitness facilities distribution situation according consideringwidely the fitness facilities scale and position and service population, to put forward scientific advice forrural fitness facilities construction and rational allocation of resources.Research shows：1、fitness facilities in lingshou country present diminish rule form the southeast to the northwest, tomuch match with the topographic features (terrain form the northwest to the southeast in order：mountain-hills-plain).2、in the mountainous area of northwest、central hilly area, rural fitness facilities distribute mainlyaround the township center, and others far from center of the township are very few；The population densityin southeast plain area is relatively larger, and rural fitness facilities distribute uniformly. The countryfitness facilities distribution in southeast plain area is diffuse regarding lingshou country as the center, andthe number of fitness are fewer and fewer along with the increase of distance.3、each villages and towns fitness facilities in lingshou country are few match with the populationdistribution overall, and show the great space distribution unbalance.4、rural fitness facilities in lingshou country are serious shortage, with fitness facilities only79amongentire country279administrative village；but most fitness facilities are constructed by only government；in addition, rural fitness facilities are mostly located village committee and school near, and lack ofreasonable planning layout.5、the utilization rate of rural fitness facilities is low, and the administrative department is chasing theconstruction of fitness facilities and ignoring the farmers’ consciousness of fitness, leading to enormouswaste of resources.Only fully understanding the present situation of rural sports, according to the farmers’ life characters,finding reasonable sports items and sports facilities for farmers, it can safeguard fundamentally socialfairness of farmers’ sports demand, and promote the development of rural sports and the development ofnew rural construction.
