The Research Of The Method To The Implementation Of The Personalized Student Support Services Based On SNS

Distance education is an important form of lifelong education. It has manyadvantages. It breaks through time and space constraints of traditional education, andachieves spatial and temporal separation of teaching and learning. But distanceeducation has some defects. Because of its separation of spatial and temporal, moststudents of distance education are non-full-time self-learning and have feweropportunities of face to face communication with teachers and other students. In orderto ensure the quality of teaching and help students to complete their studies, distanceeducation institutions should provide students support services.This paper analysis SNS communications, and build a personalized student supportservices model based on a variety of SNS systems. By analysing the SMS, Instantmessaging, Email, and SNS social networking and other services and their applications,identify the most appropriate SNS communication in different types of student supportservices. Develop a personalized model to get a SNS system queue ordered by receivingefficiency. In practical applications, deal with service requests in the front of the SNSsystem first, and sort students active service by the ways in the front of the SNS queue.In this paper, functional design of the student support services platform which is basedon the personalized student support services model of SNS communicate systems isprovided.
