There is a famous dictum with the enterprise management--The key factor of one enterprise success or failure depends on whether it can arouse the staff’s power and wisdom, the vigor of enterprise comes from the attraction to the staff. It points out that the human resources are important to the success of one enterprise.However the human and talent resources can’t develop without encouragement. Shenyang Xueda is a branch of company under a large owned enterprise in Beijing. The company personnel are stable, development is smooth. But from the point view of long-term development, the enterprise is faced with a very awkward situation:no passion staff, in an idle status. The personnel are a lack of positive vigor.According to the theory on management and development of modern manpower resources, analyzing the current situation of staff’s performance in Xueda Education Branch in Shenyang, pointing out its existing problems and putting forward the improved suggestions, that is, Based on the analysis of the needs of the knowledge personnel, then draw a conclusion:in a company, the Motivation tactics should satisfy the needs of the personnel, so as to make them work hard. Then the author considered that it would better use two methods, material motivation and spirits motivation, to incentive the personnel in a company. Specially, in material method, the company should give the personnel more wage, carry out the politics of welfare nimbly, protect their property right of the knowledge. In spirits motivation, the company should give the personnel a joyful environment,pay attention to the personnel’career-growth, educate the personnel more, encourage the personnel participating in policy decision and make the work more difficult.,the company Xueda should also build up the culture of corporation, give the personnel more chance to train.The problems which the branch in Shenyang faces havecertain representative in all the enterprises.Therefore the thesis will provide some beneficial enlightenment to improve the incentive system of the enterprises in China.
