In all kinds of talents in various fields, Institutions of science and technology talent is a rather special team. They take the responsibility of delivery of public services, enhance social welfare, the audience and purpose of their research work is undoubtedly more extensive compared to business units for technology professionals in the public interest. Institutions female talent in the field of science and technology has made a special contribution to the group, and the team is indispensable for study the research issues.In the period from June2010to December2010, as a member of the "XX province female technology professionals grow Survey", I contact with a large number of female science and technology workers in the field of education, health, and agriculture. Gradually, through research I found many of them take multiple roles in their life and work, what’s their roles? Are their roles have overlapping and cross-role? Whether they have the absence of the role? These issues deserve further explored. At the same time, the female technology professionals in institutions are often inadvertently completed the conversion of a variety of roles. Is the conversion have a conflict? what’s the performance of the conflict? how does the conflict impact on work and life? These questions also need our urgent combing and exploring. In addition, after nearly a century of development, what’s the status of the female technology professionals? Is there a existence between misinterpretation and misunderstanding? So these issues are equally progressive research and exploration.This article will be structured by structural role theory and the process of role theory, and research-based on structural role theory as the backbone, through the three community groups of the main activities of the entire female technology professionals around:social, organizational, and family stratification, to detail their role in these three environments. Specifically, through the description of the role conflict performance of the female technology professionals and thinking the performance of this conflict, then analyzes the reasons of role conflict, finally made the path of choice for the balance and breakthrough role conflict.In addition, it will use data collection and documentation; questionnaire design and issuance; Focus on group interviews and other means to support the research.We should recognize that role conflict of female technology professionals in institutions is not just a personal problem, not just the issue of a public institution, but is the whole society, the whole system of institutions a common problem. This problem involves all levels of society, organizations, families, and this issue will be the emergence of new roles and conflicts with the development of female technology professionals. If we can from the macro, meso and micro three perspectives seriously and objective treatment the problem of role conflict of women technology professionals, and find the appropriate point in this conflict to debugging the conflict of roles from both external and internal, then we can help female scientific and technological professionals coordinates themselves well in their life and work, and support them to realize their Self-worth.From the discourse has been released, published papers from the research object view more concentrated in the main scientific and technical personnel of the overall research institutions, while the team’s composition especially males, which led directly to paper more consider the perspective of the male talent and analysis. The first innovation in this article is separated from the universal vision of today’s public sector human resources in various research, focus on the women technology professionals. Secondly, it is also where the second innovation, the theory of the role of the micro-level to examine and explore the current situation of the institutions of female technology professionals, living environment, the development path. It should be said that these two points are my biggest innovation value.
