At present,both the domestic and foreign enterprises,female employees and female managers in the proportion of the number of enterprises can not be ignored,and the value of women employees and their position value does not lose to the male employees.In the enterprises in various industries,the professional women are inevitable to the enterprise.The working style of women in the workplace is different from that of male employees,which has brought a value that can not be ignored at some level.In the management team of the enterprise,more and more women emerge,from the constant topic,the GREE chairman Dong Mingzhu,which has the highest emergence rate of WeChat,to Liu Qing,who has had the drop of "breast cancer",and the perfect balance between the family and the career,and so on,with their unique wisdom and maximum creativity.Degree reflects the women's self-worth,enriches the management culture of enterprises,and promotes the management efficiency of enterprises.Based on this,with the continuous promotion of the social status of female managers,more and more enterprises have paid more attention to this group,and the female managers,in a large degree,have entered the social focus of attention.However,for women managers,because of their multiple identities,they shoulder a variety of pressures from family,work or other aspects,which have become a common problem in this group,and most women managers are tired of coping.Both the family and the work,both can not be put,both can not be snubbed.In real life,the female managers are confused and helpless.From the observation of most female managers,there are many cases of mental state or poor physical condition caused by working family conflict.In the face of the conflict between the family and the work,how they respond,and what kind of impact and results are produced,which are worth the business and even the whole society to explore.Based on this,this paper selects the conflict management mode of female managers' family work on their psychological well-being,which is the main research direction of this article.By combining the theoretical analysis of conflict handling,working-family conflict and psychological happiness in the present stage and the organic combination of the empirical research on female managers,this paper studies the conflict handling mode and psychological well-being of the female managers in the family and work,and therelationship between them,and reveals the management of women.The influence of the conflict treatment mode on the psychological well-being of the family and work,and to seek the appropriate methods,and then to provide guidance for the effective management of the female managers,how the female managers cope with the conflict and how to improve their psychological well-being.Through empirical research and in-depth analysis,the following theoretical analysis is carried out first.There are three dimensions of conflict management in female managers:redefinition of organizational roles,redefinition of individual roles,and reactive role behaviors.The six dimensions of female managers' psychological well-being include self acceptance,autonomy,environment,personal growth,positive relationship with others,and life goals.Finally,this paper draws the following main conclusions:The relationship between female management conflict management mode and psychological well-being.Based on the influence of female managers' conflict handling mode on psychological well-being,the guiding significance of the study is given to organizations and individuals.
