The physical health problems of teenagers in our country can not be ignored,to enhance the physical quality of students,based on physical education.The key to improve the quality of physical education lies in teachers.As an indispensable part of PE teachers,the career development of female PE teachers should not be ignored.Role conflict is a common problem in teachers' career development,which has a constructive and destructive influence on teachers' career development.Role conflict will not only affect the physical and mental health of teachers,reduce their work satisfaction,but also make teachers interpersonal tension,cause job burnout,serious will also have the intention to quit.Therefore,this paper studies the career development of female physical education teachers from the perspective of role conflict,hoping to solve the conflict problems in the career development of female physical education teachers,provide theoretical reference for their career development,and promote their real career development.Based on the five regions of Shandong province high school female physical education teachers as the research object of investigation and research,the results show that the career development of women sports teachers in middle schools in Shandong province mainly exist the following problems:(1)high school female physical education teachers role conflict level is on the high side,which administrative role conflict and role conflict within more prominent;(2)the number of female PE teachers in middle schools is insufficient,the ratio of male to female PE teachers is unbalanced,the age structure of the teaching team tends to be younger,and the workload of PE teachers is large and complex;(3)the factors affecting the role conflict and career development of female PE teachers mainly come from three aspects:schools,society and teachers themselves.The society has high expectations and requirements on teachers,and the authority of teachers is challenged.It is difficult for teachers to change their roles and there is a gap between self-expectation and reality.In view of the current female physical education teachers professional development present situation,the author put forward the following Suggestions: schools should strive to build a good education for teachers and working environment,help women PE teachers alleviate the pressure of the role,attaches great importance to the value of physical education,attaches great importance to the development of physical education curriculum,emphasis on female physical education teachers professional development,provide platform for the development of its,give full play to their professional potential;With the help of the positive role of public opinion guidance,the society should establish the correct sports values for the public,improve the treatment and welfare of teachers,reduce the economic pressure on teachers,improve their professional happiness,and strengthen their faith to contribute to the sports cause.Teachers themselves should first of all firmly believe in career development,do a good job in teacher career development planning,and constantly improve their personal comprehensive quality and professional ability,continue to develop themselves,with the strength to gain respect and recognition from the school and the society.
