The Analysis On The Training Path Of The Ideological And Political Educators’ Quality

At present the ideological and political education worker’s overall quality is nothigh and unbalanced, at the same time, theoretical research on the quality of theideological and political educators has not attracted the academia sufficient attention,these problems affect the overall education effect. Therefore, this paper take the aboveproblems as an entry point to put forward the need to improve the quality of theideological and political educators. The paper based on the ideological and politicaleducation workers quality training reality heckle to theoretical perplexity, then elicitthe innovative theory and problems of this paper. And by the research of ouracademia on the quality of the ideological and political educators, then drawing thefollowing conclusion: Firstly, the research focus of ideological and political educatorsshould not have the quality of "how much", but has the quality of the "how" and "how"has these qualities. The article summarizes the view that ideological and politicaleducators in the modern society should have its own characteristics, such as theideological quality, political qualities, intellectual qualities and ability and quality.
