Research On Ideological And Political Education Training The Positive Psychological Quality Of Undergraduates

The background of comprehensive national strength enhanced markedly, multiculturaland the age of big data, puts forward higher requirements on college students. They not onlyhave a good physical quality and ability to learn, but also the psychological quality, withexcellent quality of innovation, cooperation, enthusiasm, etc. How to update the concept ofideological and political education, which in order to make college students take advantage,and adapt to the competition, become the current problem to solve for ideological andpolitical education in universities. At the same time, the rise and development of positivepsychology offers a new way for ideological and political education. It was assumed thateveryone has a positive potential and have the ability to self up. The positive psychologicalqualities is the important quality for college students to handle and face the problem. The fourth part, design questionnaire in view of the four universities in Shanxi collegestudents and statistical analysis of survey results in general, gender, grade, subject aspectsrespectively.The fifth part, followed by the last part of the expansion, puts forward the problemsexisting in the ideological and political education in colleges.Part sixth, the paper try to afford favorable measures on quality cultivation, includingthat enrich the contents of ideological and political education, ideological, the innovation,create harmonious campus culture environment, thus maximizing the effectiveness ofideological and political education.
