High school ideological and political course teachers shoulder the important mission of spreading the knowledge of Marx’s theory, shaping the students’ mind and cultivating students’patriotism.With the development of the new curriculum reform, it also puts forward new requirements and challenges to the teachers’ quality of Ideological and political education in senior middle school.Ideological and political course in senior middle school teachers enter the teaching positions in every day to face the arduous task of teaching, there is often little time and energy to focus on their own development, the lack of necessary theoretical level and the experience summary, how to enhance the high school thought political lesson teacher literacy, for individual teacher’s growth and development has important significance.Therefore, this paper for the problem are analyzed and found that high school thought political lesson teacher’s literacy situation, there exist the following problems:Teachers’ physical and mental health risks, struggling to deal with all levels of inspection work, pressure of professional titles assessment, teachers’job burnout problem and utilitarian education phenomenon.In view of the problems existing in the high school thought political lesson teacher quality present situation, this paper from three aspects, namely, the government, schools and the high school thought political lesson teacher proposed solutions and ways to improve.Government level, the main management strategies:improve and deepen the incentive mechanism of teachers’ growth and development, deepen ideological and political course in senior middle school teachers continuing education, improve the teacher’s salary and the planning of teachers’ development;The school level management strategy:vigorously to create a good school spirit, strengthen the school-based training of teachers, help young teachers’ growth and development, strengthen the construction of scientific research subject;Self enhancement strategy of the teachers’ quality of Ideological and political course in senior middle school:In the new curriculum reform, the change of the role orientation of the teachers, the direction of the professional development and the development, improve the teachers’ professional knowledge, teaching ability and self training.
