A Study On The Comprehensive Cultivation Of College Students' Psychological And Political Quality And Business Quality

Education of mental health is an important part of overall ideological and political education, a new system called "psychological committee ", is an important complement to the Mental Health Education System in Colleges. More than 10 years by many researchers the importance of theoretical study and practical "psychological committee " system exploration proved that the work should not be overlooked psychological training members. As a whole "psychological member " system normal onset prerequisite psychological research training committee also is booming, many researchers have proposed content diversity training, training in various forms, and related disciplines, such as the combination of a variety of research ideas in theory and practice have also achieved some results.This study reviews the existing theoretical and practical learning outcomes of mental health education, ideological and political education, peer counseling and other research areas, combined with survey research on related groups of teachers and students from the training content, training methods, hardware and software setup, execution other aspects of the process to establish a. set of theoretically feasible, effective psychological comprehensive training program college members. The program includes the contents of the knowledge of psychology, mental health, job skills, ideological and political quality, the quality of the personal characteristics of four major aspects of 32 combines lectures, group discussions of specific training methods and scenario simulation, with the use of paper quality documents, electronic documents, video files, audio files and other information.Upon completion of the initial development of the program, the study took more than 50 members of Sichuan Agricultural University psychology, its use in this study developed a comprehensive training program college psychology members (Trial) were cultured through interviews after the survey program trained staff members and psychological investigation, the purpose of this program in the actual operational performance and subjective effectiveness was evaluated. The analysis proved that the training program excellent maneuverability, obviously subjective validity, we can use the program for the professional quality of students’psychological and ideological and political quality members for effective training in practice.In order to further improve the ideological and political quality and professional quality of students’ comprehensive training program, this study also by induction independent findings, drawing on previous theories, introspection study limitations, this study obtained shortage exists, these deficiencies are mainly concentrated in the objective validity the validation, and accordingly proposes improvement ideas and follow-up studies may refer to the direction of the program.
