Cooperative learning has been paid close attention in china recently. Through consulting relevant literature, we find that the major problem in chemistry cooperative learning is the absence of the guide of cooperation method and skill. We construct three cooperative learning styles including role playing, lecture method, debate tactics in the thesis. The foundation of them is social learning theory, communication theory and social interdependence theory which are constructed according to the way that people cooperate in society. The practice of teaching is effective that we analyze by questionnaire, interview survey and content analysis.The study has a positive impact on the cooperation ability of students. It succeed in leading the students to learn cooperative skill and to think about what cooperative learning means. They took a good exercise of collaboration, sharing, discussion, communication and expression. By playing and observing different roles, they understood the human social behavior and changed their vocational character smoothly. They promoted the ability of communication due to contact reasonably using appropriate language and take good experience of communication. It enhances dialectical consciousness for them to view social problems with different angles by debating, analyzing, integrating different viewpoints.
