The present age is the age of competition of science and technology. The success or failure depends on cooperative ability. One person s ability is limited, if he is not good at cooperation with others and communicating, synthesizing, improving and utilizing different knowledge, he'll not adapt to the development of age. The cultivation of cooperative consciousness and ability is valued by every country of the world. We started a new cycle of reform of curriculum of the basic education in 2001, and the aim of reform is to raise quality of citizen. The popularizing of cooperative learning as an important learning method means that our government pay high attention to the cultivation of talent in 2001. Many educationist has explored the implementation of cooperative learning in classroom and accumulated some practical experience. But up to now, the development of cooperative learning has some trouble, and the advantages of cooperative learning are not developed completely. So after some research and reflection about cooperative learning status, I put forward chemistry teaching design of cooperative learning in high school. The design has been used in some high school and played an important role in cultivating student's ability. This thesis falls into four parts.The first one is the summarization of the research of chemistry cooperative learning in high school. This part looks back at the history background of cooperative learning and analyses the development of cooperative learning in domestic and overseas and research meaning, expounding basic concept and element of cooperative learning.In the second part ,some theoretical basis, such as constructivism theory, cognitive elaboration theory and group dynamics theory, is offered; some idea, such as interaction between students, emotion aims, relationship between students and teachers, formulation, circumstances and assessment, is conducted.The third part is the chemistry teaching design of cooperative learning in high school.
