The Analysis And Research On The Present Situation Of The High-level Soccer Team Of Universities In Jiangsu Province

Based on the present situation of the high-level soccer team in the universities inJiangsu province, this paper conducts a survey of the soccer players and the relevantleaders, experts and coaches in such universities as Hohai University, NanjingUniversity of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Posts andTelecommunications(NJUPT), Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University,Jiangsu University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, JiangsuUniversity and Xuzhou Normal University by the methods of documents, questionnaire,expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. This paper draws theconclusions as followings: the football competition form is single and the competitionsystem needs improving; most universities are match-oriented with the insufficientlogistics support on such aspects as fund investment, staffing and equipment renewal;the driving forces of the nation, school and the individual are different which leading tothe inconsistent training target location of the high-level soccer players; the school tendsto award or reduce the credits to relieve the studying pressure of the players, resulting inthe conflicts between the knowledge learning and the daily training; the high-levelsoccer players are mainly grade-2athletes in a rational structure; the coordinatedprocess of training system is far from perfection and the team building mode of mostuniversities demands optimizing for lacking long-term consideration; mainly dependingon the school fund support, the building mode of the high-level soccer teams in Jiangsuprovince is single; several universities have cooperated with some clubs or enterprises，they still stay at an primary period.Above all, such suggestions can be put forward as followings: further improvingthe basic and professional knowledge level of the coaches and athletes as well as the research ability and the innovation ability of the coaches in order to enhance thescientific level of the daily soccer training gradually; perfecting the management system,strengthening the macro-management of the university team and promoting thecombination of the sports and education and its sound development so as to cultivate thereserve force for the national team; making an overall consideration and flexiblearrangement to balance the relationship between daily training and knowledge studyingand mitigate their conflicts; establishing the competitive reward and punishmentmechanism and arousing the enthusiasm of the athletes; enhancing the cultural level ofthe athletes by lengthening the school year; deepening the system reform of thehigh-level soccer team in Jiangsu universities for the socialization and marketization ofthe soccer team cultivation mechanism; perfecting the competitive system andimproving the game quality; keeping the diversification of the match form, improvingthe sense of honour that the college students have for the school team and the sense ofbelonging of the team players in order to realize the package and the marketization ofthe soccer match...
