The Research Of The Present Development Of The High Level Football Team Of The University Of Jiangsu Province

With the development of society, the opening and reform of universities and the sports system create opportunities to construct a high level football team. In the ninties of the nineteen century, the cultivation of high level football players is of great significance to the reform and the practice to the higher education field and competitive soccer field of our province. After more than ten years'exploration, it has made a positive progress and presented a good development prospect. However, there are also a series of problems appeared in practice which needed to be discussed and solved. What is the situation of it now? Can we make use of the resources of Colleges and universities to cultivate high level football athletes to promote the development of football in Jiangsu? This is the subject that deserves serious research.The research uses the methodologies which contain literature reviews, questionnares, interviews, logical analysis and Mathematical statistics method to make detailed investigation and study of high level soccer players training management system, training and competition, culture learning and other aspects of the universities of Jiangsu province. A brief introduction to the training status of the high level soccer players of the universities of Jiangsu province, analyzations of the main problems and its causes of the process of the high level soccer players and exploration of the feasibility of the use of university resources to expand the football training channel provide a theoretical reference to the implementation and promotion of the project--"Combination of sports and education"of the athletes training in football. At the same time, it has important significance in theory and practice.to develop our province university outstanding football talents and promote our province university sports soccer sports development.The researches show that: all universities of Jiangsu province which train high level football players have established their own training and management system. But the related system has not been strictly enforced and each level to the training orientation of the high level football players conflicts. The expected goals of the country which is training professional sports reserve talents through universities do not realize. The building mode of high level football team team of the university is still relatively single, mainly in the school team. The socialization and commercialized way of training high level soccer players in the short term can not realize the goal. The levels of the athlete are uneven. Admissions process exist some unreasonable phenomenon. The scientific training level is not high. Logistic and medical security cannot be guaranteed. The amount of the university football game of Jiangsu province is too smaal to lead to a greatly improved level of training. In the choice of employment, the players of the university team can not give full play to their strong movement. The increase of social employment pressure, the employment situation is not optimistic about the athletes. In view of the above problems, this article put forward the corresponding stratigies.
