Analysis And Countermeasure On The Current Situation Of The High-level Basketball Teams’ Construction In Colleges And Universities Of Jiangsu Province

In2005, through the national pilot school assessment acceptance, the Ministry ofeducation determines the235colleges and universities as the development ofhigh-level sports teams in universities. Although our country colleges and universitieshigh level basketball teams in the pilot exploration and practice has made someachievements, the construction of a high level sport team is a long-term, arduous,complex work. There are still a number of problems and deficiencies in the process ofthe high-level basketball teams’ construction in Colleges and Universities.It has becomean urgent need to study and solve the important topic.This study is to promote JiangsuProvince ordinary university high-level basketball teams to develop sustainably andhealthily.The method of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logicanalysis and other research methods are used in the paper,and the athletes, coaches,athletes learning and training, sports team management, logistics and other aspects ofthe construction of high-level basketball teams of general colleges and universities inJiangsu Province are investigated and analyzed. On this foundation, we have thefollowing conclusions and suggestions in the university high-level basketball teamsconstruction of Jiangsu Province:1. In Jiangsu Province the general colleges anduniversities high-level basketball sports team have the clear and definite target, schoolspay more attention to the construction and development of high-level sports teams inbasketball.2.The quality of high-level basketball players in the general colleges anduniversities of Jiangsu Province is different and not high, the reserve force of athletes isinsufficient.3. The high-level basketball players who complete their studies have acertain degree of difficulty.4. Coaches in the high-level basketball sports team of the general colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province mainly from the part-time, and thewhole teams’ quality is not high, but the employment of full-time coaches have madeactive exploration.5. Most of the high-level basketball players of the general collegesand university in Jiangsu Province can not guarantee the normal training time and meetthe demand existing race.6. In Jiangsu Province the general colleges and universitieshigh-level basketball sports teams’ training ground and equipment have been improvedsignificantly, but the funds source of the high-level sports teams are sole.Based on the above research results, in the light of these problems, it puts forwardthe following suggestions:1. Colleges and universities in the new period should take theadvantage of theirselves, to recognize and locate the high-level basketball team’s goals.2. To broaden the source, select reserve personnel scientifically, perfect "one-stop"training system, and improve their overall quality.3. To improve the existingmanagement mode, alleviate the contradiction of learning and training, andcomprehensively improve the overall quality of athletes.4. To build a scientific andreasonable construction of coaches appointment system, establish the reasonabletraining mechanism, and enhance the coach troops’ construction.5. To develop teamsfunding sources, allocate the resources of funds rationally, complete the logistics,improve the mechanism of competition, and raise the competition level.
