From this study of teachers’ professional development of related theory, this paperstudies under the background of the new curriculum reform of teachers’ professionaldevelopment of teachers to reflect on one of the important ways of effective strategies.This study reviewed literature, questionnaire and participatory observation, experts andscholars at home and abroad research results in the collection and analysis of theSettings from the connotation of teachers’ professional development and the way;Teachers to reflect on and the relationship between teachers’ professional development,and through the analysis of the literature review and investigation result analysis, definethe teachers to reflect on the connotation. In the current for teachers to reflect on andteachers’ professional development research further at the same time, the author alsofound that about teachers to reflect on the practice of the strategy to measure relativefew, and most research for individual teacher reflection, lack of collective reflection ofthis strategy. The dalian century middle school as the research object, by questionnaireand interviews, the analysis of the present situation of the school teachers to reflect onand delves into the influence of the teachers to reflect on negative factors; Combinedwith a series of case discusses the teachers to reflect on some strategies.The paper has is made up of three: the first part-the introduction, according to thecurrent education reform situation, this paper analyzes the background of this study; Ofteachers’ professional development, the teachers to reflect on the key problems, such asdefinitions; At the same time by a large number of literature review, to clear up therelationship between the two. The second part, the third part with dalian century middleschool of the practice of research on reflection, analyzes the impact of teachers to reflecton the negative factors, and try to put forward the solution strategy, combining theactual analysis the century middle school strategy for the implementation of effect andthe insufficiency.
