Private universities in Zhejiang province under the national attention and support to their own efforts and wisdom to absorb a lot of social resources, explore the school road, and made an indelible contribution to promote the economic and social development and to meet the needs of the people. In2008, private colleges of the province independent set of12,22independent colleges. Private and junior colleges enrollment, students were8.28million,27.42million people,0.7million and1.95million more than last year, an increase of9.2%,7.7%, each with the province’s ordinary and junior college enrollment in31.2%and32.9%of the total size of the students. Which the independent institute a total enrollment of4.43million,0.11million more than last year;16.92million students in college, an increase of0.96million, an increase of6%over the previous year.The purpose of this paper is to introduce advanced management experience and innovative initiatives in some of the private universities of Zhejiang, and still exist inadequates in present, to provide some experience and enlightenment at the development for private colleges and universities of other provinces and cities.
