Study On The Mode And Effect Of Student Mentoring Scheme In College

With the rapid development of our country’s higher education and the fast rising number of college students in recent years, people begin to pay close attention to many educational and management problems. The cultivation of college students’good character, healthy psychology and the outstanding team consciousness; the ability of autonomous learning that they can adjust themselves according to the development of the society and disciplines; the spirits of creativity and innovation have been the heart of the educational and management problems to college students now, they are also the core of people concerned and sensitive issue of higher education. So, the study of the new management mode of college students’ education is very important. In order to provide theory support and practical guidance to the implementation of Student Mentoring Scheme, this paper makes further studies at the implemental effect of Student Mentoring Scheme at domestic colleges and the theory from home and abroad.The whole paper is consist of five parts, the first part elaborates the background and significance of this research and the methods used in this research; The second part explains the origin, history and development of Student Mentoring Scheme, the meaning and characteristics of it, The third part gives the realistic significance of the implementation of Student Mentoring Scheme and the analyses of its rationality; The fourth part takes the implementation of Student Mentoring Scheme at Food Science and Engineering College in Jiangxi Agriculture University for example, explains its operation conditions and problems by investigation and analysis, gives a summary and reflection on it. The fifth part is on the basis of investigation and analysis, puts forward some measures and suggestions on the implementation of Student Mentoring Scheme in college.The innovation of the paper is that its further analysis is based on the practice of the management pattern of Student Mentoring Scheme, and it provides guiding ideology, principle, mode and the problems needed to actively respond in the implementation of Student Mentoring Scheme in college. In the course of the study, the analysis of literature, analysis of investigation, analysis of comparison give a lot of theoretical basis and strong support to the points of the paper.
