In the late twentieth century, China is get into a new time of aging. With lifeexpectancy has been increasing, continue to use the retirement system formed in50yearsis out of date, adjust the statutory retirement age is imperative. Taking into accountWomen’s life expectancy more longer and retirement age prematurely, how scientificprediction analysis, the first planned retirement age for female workers to adjust to easethe pressure on the current social pension, pensions benign operation, has become animportant objective and academic problems.This paper research on the retirement age of female employee from the followingaspects:(1) the significance to adjust the retirement age of female employee on thecontext of an aging population, at present, scholars generally agree to adjust theretirement age of female employee, the difference lies in the manner and timingadjustment;(2) Research the basis and reasons to adjustment retirement age of femaleemployee on the theoretical level;(3) Overview the status and reform trends withretirement policy of domestic and international women, analysis the feasibility to extendthe retirement age of female employee on both macro and micro environment.(4) Predictfuture population changes by mathematical model, Analysis the relationship between theretirement age and labor supply and pension gap by actuarial, Design multiple programs,and choose the best solution after estimates;(5) make a social survey to understand theattitude and willingness of people about the provisions of the current retirement age andthe direction of adjustment;(6) Propose the suggestions to against problems that mayarise in development and implementation.The innovation of this paper is to select the female workers as the object of study,design and estimate the programs to extend the female retirement age through the methodof combining theoretical analysis and quantitative measurement. Make a social survey tounderstand the attitude and willingness of people in order to improve the retirement policy in china.The thesis analysis the feasibility to extend the retirement age of female employee byPEST and SWOT, Predict future population changes by mathematical model to analysisthe situation of supply in future labor market, Predict the affect to pension gap when theretirement age of female has been extended by actuarial, on the basis of follow basicprinciples, propose that achieve the same retirement age between male and female step bystep.
