The evaluation of the training effect, as an important part of the training activity, has a positive effect in finding out the defect and problems existing in the training and improving the quality of the training. The study of the thesis makes an effect evaluation for the job transfer training program of the basis general practitioners in Jiang Xi province with the basic general practitioner job-transfer training in Jiang Xi province as the study subject and with the four level training evaluation theory of Professor Kirk Patrick as the theoretical base so as to provide reference opinions and suggestion for the subsequent basis general practitioner job-transfer training in Jiang Xi province.The thesis consists of six parts. Part one is the introduction which mainly introduces the background of the study, the purpose and significance of the study as well as the research design of the thesis. Part two is about the general situation of the basic general practitioner job-transfer training and its effect evaluation situation, which mainly introduces the situation of basic general practitioner job-transfer training in China, the situation of basic general practitioner job-transfer training in Jiang Xi province and the research progress of the effect evaluation of the basic general practitioner job-transfer training. Part three is about the related conceptions and the theoretical base, which mainly introduces the four level training evaluation theory of professor Kirk Patrick, adult learning theory and training transformation theory. Part four is about the effect evaluation scheme design of the basic general practitioner job-transfer in Jiang Xi province, which mainly includes the establishment of the evaluation model, the source of the data and the control measures of the material quality. Part five is about the implementation of the effect evaluation of basic general practitioner job-transfer in Jiang Xi province, which includes the sample selection, questionnaire reliability and validity analysis, the implementation of evaluation and the analysis of the problems existing in the evaluation. Part six is the conclusion and the suggestion, which mainly includes the conclusion of the research, related suggestion, the novelty and the shortcomings of the thesis.The main conclusions drawn in the study of the thesis are:at present, the basic general practitioner job-transfer training in Jiang Xi province has achieved a good effect, which is mainly manifested in the following aspect:1. through the accepting systematic and relatively scientific training, at present, the personnel who participate in the training have already got a deeper knowledge for general medicine, have made a further study of the general medical theoretical knowledge needed in the basic health service, and have obviously made an improvement in the professional skills in the aspects of the introduction to general medicine and treatments to various common diseases.2. The participators bring the general medical theoretical knowledge and related skills they have acquired to their workplace in a certain content, which more or less has an influence on the working pattern of the basis health service organization where they are working in so as to make more people have an opportunity to learn about general medical.3. Though, the basic general practitioner job-transfer training carried out in Jiang Xi province has lasted for only two years, it still provides hundreds of general medical talents for the basic medical and health service organization, which plays an important role in relieve the talent shortage problem caused by the rapid development of the basic health cause. However, generally speaking, the quantity of the general practitioner is still insufficient; so, the training program should be further carried on.
