| In recent years,with the introduction of relevant national encouragement policies,study travel have become one of the most important ways to improve the comprehensive quality of young people,and have gradually become a hotspot for the education and tourism sectors to pursue.The development of the industry is inseparable from the construction of the talent team,An important way to improve the quality of the talent team is training,so training also can help to promote the common development of study travel and study travel tutor it also can help to enhance the competitiveness of the study travel and the comprehensive quality of study travel tutor.More and more relevant companies are now placing more emphasis on training,but they have neglected to evaluate the migration effects of training Training transfer can help training organizers to grasp the extent to which participants have mastered and applied the training content,at the same time it can help training organizers to recognise the shortcomings of the training and the direction of adjustment,which is conducive to the subsequent continuous improvement of the training programme and the healthy and sustainable development of the training.Therefore,this study applies the evaluation index system of training transfer for study travel tutors to the empirical study of training transfer,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This study takes the training transfer of study travel training as the entry point,selects some participants of the training Courses(primary)organised by a society in C city in 2021 as the research object,constructs an index system on the training transfer of research and study travel tutor training.Through combing relevant literature and expert evaluation method,this study collects relevant data by questionnaire method,and process and analyze the data by using fuzzy synthesis analysis method.The data were processed and analyzed,and it was found that the overall training transfer of the training course showed a spiral progression from shallow to deep over time,And the differences in scores between dimensions were found to be small and the overall migration effect was preferred.Of the four level indicators of the training transfer of pre-training,the Affective dimension scored the highest,followed by the Ability dimension,the Personal Trait dimension,and the lowest score was for the Cognitive dimension.In the later stage,the training transfer of the Ability dimension is reduced and did not achieve the expectation,while the scores of the Cognitive dimension improved,but was still lower than the overall average.Accordingly,this study proposes the following suggestions for improvement: to stimulate the training transfer of study travel : Develop appropriate training programs and contents,and increase practical teaching links;Create a transformation atmosphere to promote the transformation of training results,It is hoped that the training plan related to study travel tutors can be improved to promote the training process towards a virtuous cycle. |
