Long-effect Mechanism Construction Research Of College Students Volunteer Service Activities

College Students’ volunteer service activities have become China’s young students to participate in a wide range, the public evaluation of high social welfare activities. The university students’volunteer service reflects the Chinese contemporary young students to achieve self value, offer the community a noble quality, reflects the contemporary young students to concern about social problems, and strive to their own forces contributing to society to solve some of the present social problems.Under the call of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, universities are actively organizing college students to participate in a variety of forms of volunteer service activities. College students of generation after80,90are gradually growing into the contemporary youth volunteer force. They devoted themselves into the youth volunteer activities with their young person’s unique spirit and love, with great enthusiasm, win the recognition and praise from wide range of society factors.Undeniably, the youth volunteer activity is in the period of rapid development. More or less there is insufficient problems exists in the matter of the organization, training, implementation, evaluation, summary, as well as the basic financial, security facts. It is the existence of these problems, hindering university student volunteer service activities deeply.The authors has been engaged in university counselors job for more than ten years, and often organize and participate in volunteer service activities. The author found some of the problems exist in current college students’ volunteer service. To effectively solve the problems existing in the college students’ volunteer service, the author designed an anonymous questionnaire combined with own years of experience, according to the train thought of "present a problemâ†'surveyâ†'analysis summaryâ†', put forward suggestions "to solve to the current voluntary service problems are analyzed and discussed, in order to explore the construction of a long-term mechanism to guarantee college students’ volunteer service development smoothly.This article is divided into six chapters.The lead part, introduces the background, meaning, domestic and foreign research present situation and analysis of the problem.Chapter One:General theoretical analysis of the current college students’ volunteer service activities, include the development and characteristics of College Students’ volunteer service description, discusses the function and social value. Chapter Two:Using the questionnaire survey and the survey form designed by the author herself, the results of the survey has been summarized and refined. Then, the author analyzed the results theoretically.Chapter Three:The author’s proposed and analyzed the problems exited in the current university student volunteer activities, based on her own experience and questionnaire, investigation results.Chapter Four:The suggestions and measures of establishing the long-term mechanism of College Students’ volunteer service activities were proposed on the base of author’s own experience and the results of the survey.Chapter Five:Conclusion:Prospect on the contemporary college students’ volunteer service activities of the development trend.
