Volunteer service starts from the early 19th century in Western countries, with the emergence of religious groups in the name of some donors to carry out charitable activities, which is the prototype of voluntary service activities. Compared with Western countries, the development of voluntary service activities in our country is relatively late. China experienced volunteer service activities in the true sense until the 1980s.With the development of reform and opening, social development continues to make progress in the process, so some social problems begin to appear.
