The Research About The Long-term Mechanism Of College Students Volunteer Service Under The Perspective Of Educational Practice

Practical education is an important part of university personnel training. In the 20 years of the development process, as an important part of practical education, college students volunteer service has made considerable progress and gotten social recognition.Colleges encourage and support their students to carry out various forms of volunteer service activities as far as they can, and provide support for college students volunteer service, so as to promote the practice of the college educational work.This study was based on the perspective of practical education, under the premise of sorting out the basic connotation of practice education and college students volunteer service, and the present situation. And on the basis of explaining the relationship between practical education and college students volunteer service, and the relationship between carrier of volunteer service and the long-term mechanism of volunteer service. We can get enlightenment by studying typical cases and find problems and influencing factors through empirical survey. So as to clarify the construction principle and connotation of the long-term mechanism of volunteer service, propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of long-term mechanism of volunteer service.This study is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction,describing the background, purpose and significance, finishing domestic related research.The second chapter is an investigate for the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service, and then puts forward the theoretical basis. The third chapter is the analysis of the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service, by studying the typical ways of Peking Youth Volunteers Association, Tsinghua Bauhinia Volunteer Corps, Bethune Volunteer Association of Jilin University, Lang Kun Service Corps of Wuhan University of Technology and Ben Yu Voluntary Service of Huazhong Agricultural University, and through the survey for Huazhong Agricultural University, we can get to know the problems of the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service and the influencing factors. The fourth chapter is the explanation for theconstruction principles and connotation about the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service, the construction principles contains sustainability principle,systematic principle, organization principle, innovative principle, the connotation mainly contents the specialization of content, the project of management, the brand of activities,the backbone of the team. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasure and suggestions, from the concept of the forerunner, platform support, organization assurance,environmental support four aspects to promote the construction of the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service. The sixth chapter summarizes the main achievements of this study, and point out the further research problems.On the basis of typical case study and soild evidence investigation, we could structure the principle of the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service,and the study would provide countermeasure and suggestions for the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service, thus provide reference for the college practical education.
