Natural resource is the human survival and the development basis and premise, with the continuous development of economic society, the shortage of natural resource, erosion, environmental pollution and other issues are also increasingly prominent,resource protection consciousness education is becoming more and more important. Primary school education is the education activity onset, enlightenment, for people’s thinking, behavior plays a very important role, affecting a future direction of social development. The current educational goal is not simply to give social development personnel training, it is more important for the future of sustainable development to lay the foundation, natural resource and education to be the trend of future development. Based on the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years for the compulsory education mathematics teaching system research, make research on the teaching system to further promote the teaching, make the teaching development more in-depth research on the protection of the natural resources. From the analysis of compulsory education teaching in natural resources utilization and protection situation of compulsory education the influence proceed with, the natural resources and the compulsory education teaching each other long and comprehensive evaluation, and seek further development. Through the analysis of different versions of the compulsory teaching material, in-depth analysis of Chinese primary school compulsory education in natural resources education necessity and its influencing factors. At the same time construction of Chinese primary school compulsory education in natural resources education necessity evaluation index system, the use of empirical analysis, and based on the evaluation results, to build a primary school in compulsory education natural resources education direction adjustment strategy. Finally, in the stage of compulsory education in primary school maths for example, undertook a case study. From the analysis our country primary school compulsory education in natural resources education current situation proceed with, the use of empirical analysis, selection of appropriate evaluation index, the natural resources and compulsory teaching interactivity to a comprehensive evaluation, proposes feasible suggestions.
