The new curriculum reform makes the basic art education developing rapidly,and meanwhile it is accompanied by some disadvantages.In teaching materials used in art class in Xinjiang rural primary and secondary school,some national primary and secondary art courses cannot be carried out in rural primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang because of the limitation of the geographical,economic aspects and irresistible factors,which leads to lag of art teaching in local rural primary and secondary schools.The most abundant resources in rural areas are local natural resources,so it is of great significance to develop and utilize local natural resources in the teaching of art in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Xinjiang,which not only can meet the needs of local primary and secondary school students to learn art,but also make up for the lack of national primary and secondary school art curriculum in rural primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang,improving and promoting the development of the rural primary and secondary school art teaching in Xinjiang.This paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter I Introduction.This paper introduces from the research origin,purpose and significance of the research,research methods,researches at home and abroad and so on.Chapter II The development of natural resources and art curriculum resources in primary and secondary school.This paper first introduces the necessity of the development of the art curriculum resources,the classification of the potential curriculum resources and the exploitation and utilization of the natural resources in the art curriculum resources in terms of art curriculum resource development.Secondly,it introduces the natural resources of Xinjiang,a new view of natural resources in Xinjiang.Chapter III Investigation of natural resources in art curriculum in rural primary and secondary school of Xinjiang.Urban and rural primary and middle school art teaching was researched to understand the art teaching status quo of urban and rural areas.Meanwhile understand the development and utilization of natural resources in the art curriculum of primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas were acquired.Chapter IV Exploring the motivation and advantages of natural resources development in art education of Xinjiang rural primary and secondary school.From the requirements of the new curriculum reform and needs of rural primary and secondary school art teaching reality,it explained the motivation of natural art curriculum development of rural primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang.From the significance of the development of natural resources,strengthening students' cognition of natural resources and making up for the shortage of national fine arts curriculum in rural education in Xinjiang,it expounded the advantages of natural resources development.Chapter V The exploration and development of natural-resource art curriculum in Xinjiang rural areas.The natural resources can be divided into the five parts-crop resources,animal resources,other natural resources,combination of other natural resources with the local folk art and combination of natural resources with local folk art.And teaching cases conforming to the development of n natural-resource art curriculum of rural primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang were designed respectively.Chapter VI Analysis of effects of natural resource art classroom teaching practice in practice teaching place.The author will elaborate from the setup of local fine arts curriculum,teaching practice positive role in student,etc..Chapter VII Value and significance of optimizing art teaching course in Xinjiang rural primary and middle schools by using natural resources.The author elaborated broadening the awareness of primary and secondary school art curriculum resources,a new bright teaching spot that the development of natural resources brings to the rural primary and secondary schools and perfecting fine arts curriculum in the rural primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang and other aspects.
