| Children are the children of nature.As the subjects of their growth and development,nature is of great significance to them.People gradually begin to attach importance to the connection between children and nature,and kindergartens also introduce natural resources into curriculum resources.Although urban and rural kindergartens have their own advantages in the process of use,the survey found that there are still problems such as single use method and insufficient attention.In order to further promote the exchange and reference between urban and rural areas,776 kindergarten teachers in Henan province were surveyed by the self-compiled questionnaire survey on the Status quo of Kindergarten teachers’ Use of Natural Resources,and SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the collected questionnaire.This study systematically compares the similarities and differences between urban and rural areas in the sources,processes,effects and dilemmas of use,and further analyzes the reasons for the differences between urban and rural areas.The research shows that the reasons for the differences in the use of natural resources between urban and rural kindergarten teachers are analyzed from four aspects.The reasons for the difference in the sources of use are as follows: 1.Second,the material conditions of kindergartens are different.The reasons for the differences in the use process are as follows: first,teachers’ different use concepts;Second,the environment and geographical conditions around the kindergarten;Third,the management arrangements of kindergartens are different.The reasons for the difference in the use effect are as follows: first,the training opportunities of kindergarten teachers are different;Second,teachers’ self-reflection and summary consciousness is not high.The reasons for the difference in use dilemma are as follows: 1)lack of relevant policies on the use of natural resources;Second,the development opportunity gap between urban and rural kindergarten teachers is large;Third,insufficient funds and manpower support for kindergartens.In view of the above research results,this study puts forward suggestions to improve the use of natural resources by kindergarten teachers: Education administrative departments should lead kindergarten teachers to attach importance to the use of natural resources;Kindergartens should provide adequate support for teachers to use natural resources;Teachers should actively learn the concept of using natural resources;Teachers should improve their ability to use natural resources;Teachers should pay attention to the principal role of children in the use of natural resources. |
