For middle school teaching, teaching satisfaction is not only a concentrated reflection of the teacher’s teaching attitude, work status and work efficiency, but also epitomized the teaching quality and education management level of teachers. Carry out the research of teaching satisfaction evaluation and enhancement in middle school, is not only the need of teachers’ vocational development, but also the requirement to promote quality education and teaching. The science teaching satisfaction evaluation in middle school was taken as entry point in this article. Firstly, on the basic of literature review, the360-degree feedback theory was introduced to science teaching satisfaction evaluation and enhancement in middle school, teaching satisfaction evaluation model was constructed based on360-degree feedback from multi-dimensional evaluation resources include students, colleagues, superiors, social and themselves. Then, the application techniques were detailed elaborated through main identification, information hierarchy structure, weight determination, questionnaire design and investigation. And a teaching satisfaction evaluation index system was established which contains15indicators, using principal component analysis to determine the index weight coefficients, the SWOT method was used to analyze upgrade strategy. Finally, one middle school was taken to empirical research, indicators raw data were obtained through questionnaires, achieved a scientific evaluation of teaching satisfaction. The application example showed that the evaluation model and method of the science teaching satisfaction in middle school based on360-degree feedback had strong operability, which can apply to management practices. This article designed to provide a new vision and philosophy for the evaluation and enhancement of teaching satisfaction, so as to provide an effective method framework for practical application.
