| This research will provide guidance for PE teachers in junior high school about how to give students feedback action in teaching,help them to teach more effectively,improve their teaching efficiency,and continuously improve and optimize PE teachers’ feedback behavior in class.The study is of great theoretical and practical significance to lead PE teachers to improve their teaching feedback level in the whole teaching process,provide theoretical basis for the reform of physical education teaching,and promote the teaching training of normal university students and the professional development of teachers.This study takes junior high school PE teachers’ teaching feedback behavior as the research object to discuss the overall characteristics of the feedback behavior of PE teachers in teaching process and analyze the problems and deficiency existing in the use of teaching feedback behavior.In addition,this research has explored suitable feedback behavior for students in PE class which is beneficial to PE teachers’ professional development.The following are the main conclusions:Firstly,the feedback behavior of PE teachers includes single feedback behavior and compound feedback behavior among which the proportion of single feedback behavior is greater than that of compound feedback behavior.In the process of teaching,PE teachers mainly focus on verbal feedback behavior and verbal feedback + non-verbal feedback behavior.Second,PE teachers in junior high school often use single feedback behavior which includes guidance of learning tips and evaluative feedback.The compound feedback behavior frequently used by teachers mainly include: verbal instruction+ body language instruction,evaluative feedback + body language instruction,technical demonstration feedback + body language instruction,etc.On the whole,the feedback behavior of physical education teachers mainly focuses on instructional and evaluative feedback.Third,PE teachers provide positive feedback of specific information,timely feedback,appropriate negative feedback,summary feedback behavior brings obvious classroom teaching effect;However,the teaching situation with poor effect is characterized by simple and empty positive feedback,continuous negative feedback and inappropriate delayed feedback.Fourth,most students like the teaching feedback behavior of physical education teachers,and are more looking forward to the positive feedback,guiding feedback,summative feedback and compound feedback behavior which are consistent with the data and facts observed in class. |
