As the constantly promotion of the elementary education curriculum reform andforward of teachers professional development,teachers’ cooperation became more andmore important.It is realized that teachers’ cooperation not only has an importantvalue on teachers’ professional development,but also play an important role inimprovement of school and kindergarten’s education even the improvement of newcurriculum reform.It’s not easy to formate and upgrading the quality of preschoolteachers’ professional in short time,It requires the cooperation teachers in a variousforms to improve step-by-step.It requires preschool teachers to improve the wholequality of teaching,improve the overall quality of teachers’ abilities in cooperation,as an important concept to teachers’ development,and improve the ability ofcooperation finally.Preschool teachers work together,through all teacher put fowardKindergarten curriculum at all stages,in order to development the curriculum inkindergarten.Teachers cooperation can solve problems,they discuss different point ofviews,they change each others opinions and enhance their cooperation abilitiesfinally.It will be an important problem in preschool education future.This research is qualitative-research oriented,describing and analysis the basicsituation and features of teachers’ cooperation in an ordinary kindergarten.Numerousfactors which influence teachers’ cooperation.The basic structures of this thesis is asfollows:The first part presents the subject.It mainly analysis and states the emergency,problems,value and methodology of this research.The second part is research view.Relative problems about kindergarten teachers’cooperation.The third part is case study.The basic situation of teachers’ cooperation in Xkindergarten and analysis from two aspects.The fourth part shows conclusion and suggestions of this research.This partsums up the basic characteristics of preschool teachers’ cooperation,analysis theinfluence factors and put forwards some suggestions....
