Children’s asking can improve children’s language skills. It is a manifestation of children’s self-regulated learning. Teachers can get better understanding of children’s innermost thoughts and learning situation by children’s asking. Children’s asking can stimulate children’s thinking and children’s creativity. Quality and quantity of children’s asking are also the standards to measure whether it embody subjectivity. However, in the realistic educational context, the situation of children’s asking is worrying. The number of children’s asking is less and the quality is not high. The children’s subjectivity is unproven. This study is based on practice and take a deeper look at the children’s asking behavior in art educational activities. It analyses the causes of affecting the children’s asking behavior. And from the teachers’ angle, it proposes strategies to how to improve the children’s asking ability and response children’s asking effectively.This thesis mainly uses the means of observation and interview. It takes a A kindergarten in Changsha as a sample and choose randomly each two classes in bottom class, middle class, top class as the observed objects. It observes the six classes children’s asking behaviors in art education activities. For each art education activities are divided into three parts:beginning, the basic part and the end part.This thesis studied from the following four aspects:The first part:proposing the problem. This part summarizes the origin and significance of the theory and practice. The previous studies were reviewed, and describe briefly the methodology and process of this study. The second part:Combining the record and data of observations and interviews.The researchers analyze the true situation of children’s asking behavior in art education in the kindergarten children from the number, type and effect of children’s asking.Analyzing the problems reflected in children’s asking and the causes of children’s asking. Children:the children’s curiosity,personality characteristics and the experience from the internal aspects impacting on children; teachers:teachers’education concept, teaching way, artistry of teachers’language and teachers’attitude influencing from the external aspects to the creation of children’s asking; physical environment has a direct impact on the creation of children’s asking; family environment also has an important influence on the creation of children’s asking.The third part:This thesis discusses the research result of the children’s asking behaviors. From the teachers’angle, it proposes strategies and suggestion to how to improve the children’s asking ability and response children’s asking effectively. This thesis mainly discuses from the following six aspects:changing the teachers’education concept, providing conditions for children’s asking; improve teachers’teaching methods, fostering the children’s asking ability; creating a good physical environment; seizing the opportunity of homes cooperation, fostering the children’s asking ability.The fourth part:Rethink the lack of research about the thesis.
