Since twentieth Century, people is in the life more and more understanding andperception of art of lines in the United states. And cultivate the line art created by the beauty.Line drawing art is the exposure of children world ’s first language, is the study of art creationand human based, it has a unique relationship with emotional implicated. Art Teaching inprimary and secondary schools in the line art in quality education plays an important role inbearing. In the foundation teaching, line art creation form it is often seen. Western art painting,the lines have different forms and manifestations. His emotional characteristics ofperformance is the life of artistic creation. At the same time line art training and shaping canalso influence the painting lines. But in real life, we found a lot of primary and secondaryschool teachers are not separate lines as a course of lectures, so many students to recognizemore blank lines, and no use of line drawing initiative. But consider it as a drawing element,let students give up painting, let the students experience in painting lines generated in aunique learning experience and emotion. So many students in art learning time can only echowhat the books say, without their thoughts and emotions. So in order to pay more attention tostudents all-round and healthy development. It should pay more attention to line art learningand it gives us practical significance, but also to inspire students learning is used to recognizethe line capacity, in the process, not only to guide students to learn is used to recognize thelines, but also let Professor teacher to recognize the lines.This paper mainly from the following aspects to study:One, in the fine arts teaching of line art and its development. Only in the art teaching in primary and secondary schools, we can takethe line art teaching, we can experience the beauty of art and lines radiate a unique art, we canlet the elementary and middle school art teaching is more vivid, more continuity.
