Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Opening Of College Sports Venues In Xi’an

In recent years,the investment in the construction of sports facilities in colleges and universities has been increasing,but due to the restrictions of school funds and policies,the utilization rate of sports facilities in many schools is not high,which is seriously inconsistent with the concept of "education first" and "health first".This paper analyzes the open utilization of sports venues in colleges and universities by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.This paper takes the status quo of the opening of the sports stadiums of universities in Xi’an as the research object,conducts a comprehensive investigation on the opening situation of the sports stadiums of 14 universities in Xi ’an,analyzes the main contradictions and constraints faced by the sports stadiums of universities in Xi ’an in the process of opening to the outside world,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by reviewing the relevant status quo.In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the resources of sports venues in Xi ’an universities.The results are as follows:1.The university sports venues in Xi ’an can be opened to the outside world in two modes: paid and free.The paid open venues also include different types of paid personnel,paid time periods or paid project sites.2.The opening hours of university sports venues in Xi ’an are mainly at noon and evening,and the average opening hours are mainly 1-3 hours a day.Various sports guidance methods are carried out on the venues.3.Main factors restricting the opening process of university sports venues in Xi’an,focusing on responsibilities division of campus venues,off-campus personnel management,campus safety and other aspects.4.The main contradictions existing in the opening process of Xi ’an university sports venues include: the contradictions between on-campus use and off-campus occupation,the contradictions between economic compensation and social benefits,the contradictions between campus security problems and off-campus personnel obedience management,the contradictions between insufficient venue resources and the needs of expanding sports services.5.The opening process of university sports venues in Xi ’an is mainly affected by the geographical location of the venues,the facility conditions of the venues,the development and management of the venues,the allocation of operating funds and the effect of external publicity.According to the investigation results,the optimization countermeasures are put forward.The opening of venues should be supported by policies and make full use of existing funds to improve the market-oriented operation of venues.Grasp the opening time,the services provided by the venues and the conditions of the opening environment of the venues involved in the actual opening process of the venues.Through a new round of publicity on the service projects,expand the publicity channels,improve the management philosophy,and improve the comprehensive service quality of the stadiums.
