The professional development of teachers refers to the entire professional career, takesprofessional organizations as the basis,through teachers lifelong professional learning,training, resulting in the teachers’ professional thinking, professional knowledge, professionalskills, professional quality and other aspects of comprehensive development, and to matureprocess[1]. TCK, Technological Content Knowledge, integration of technical knowledge, theknowledge of how the interaction of the technology and the subject content, including thecontents of three levels: CK (Content Knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge), TK(Technological Knowledge, technical knowledge), TCK (Technological Content Knowledge,technical content knowledge).Up to new curriculum reform, coupled with the rapid development of informationtechnology, pushed the teachers to the core stage of the reform, which makes higher demandson teachers. Under the background of mass and new curriculum reform and informationtechnology and curriculum integration,as the main body of the chemical curriculumreformation, junior middle school chemistry teachers is key to achieving the ideals of reform,and chemistry teachers ’ professional development issues has become a hot-button issue inthe reform of chemistry course. Junior high school chemical courses with its particularityrequires teachers not only to complete the general role conversion, but also to achievespecific role conversion, They should not only have a broad, comprehensive and scientificknowledge,but also have boot students learning science knowledge, and exercise scienceresearch of ability, more important of is also to have science literacy education of innovationconsciousness, training students of science spirit, and science thought, so as to help studentsestablish correctly of science views, world outlook and values, while, in information times,chemistry teachers must have basic computer skills and have the ability of integrating thedisciplinary knowledge with information technology, then make even more humanization,intuitive, and effective courseware, in order to optimize teaching process[2].Therefore, foejunior middle school chemistry teachers how to achieve better development under therequirement of individual needs, policy, social demand conditions, and make themselves tokeep pace with the times of knowledge, technology, the development of network, how tounderstand their role and position, and continuously improve their professional level in thelearning and teaching practice is an urgent to solve the problem to realize the walk on theeducation front and lead the purpose of the development of chemistry teachers themselvesand the objective. After determining the end title, I always take my focus on the professional development of chemistry teachers, what’s more, with knowing and probing the chemistrycurriculum reform, chemistry teachers’ education, chemistry teachers’ professionaldevelopment issues, then gradually found the chemistry teachers’ professional developmentin the face of various difficulties and challenges, while for adaptation times of needs, join thetechnical factors, at last I put the research topics identified as “In The Perspective of TCK,the Study on the Development of Junior School Chemistry Teachers in the Strategies”.This research mainly takes the professional development of teachers, the integration ofinformation technology and curriculum, constructivism, TCK theory as its basis, from TCK(Technological Content Knowledge, technology content knowledge) of three dimension of(CK dimension, TK dimension, TCK dimension),takes junior high school chemical teachersof Le ’ an second middle school as research object by questionnaire investigation andinterview to understand and analyze of the basic situation and existing problems of the juniormiddle school chemistry teachers’ professional development and then find out the strategiesso as to let more junior middle school chemistry teachers to initially have a view of theirprofessional development level, and understand the necessity of professional development, inorder to enhance their consciousness of professional development, enhance professionalquality, and finally realize the lifelong learning, and achieve professional developmentconcept of constantly striving for the development and the professional development of theconcept of ascension.
