The Construction Of Political Instructor Learning Community

A natural outgrowth of the social thoughts and cultures has propelled a challenge for the introduction of students’ management in colleges. How helps students with difficult on schooling problems, employment problems, mental health problems, growing up healthy and becoming a talent, becomes new user demands of new historical period.Firstly, at the present time, the professional construct of instructors at a low level. The system of dual control, a shortage of specialized personnel and poor disciplinary development confine instructors to exercise initiative and conscious activity. The construction of learning community can fulfill instructors’ spcialization which help instructors and team fulfill specialization in knowledge and sentiments.Secondly, this paper borrowed the theory of learning community, by analyzing the basic characteristics and theoretical intension of community, learning community and instructors learning community. On the basic of the learning theory of constructionism, group dynamics theory and cooperative learning theory, which provides common aspiration, cooperative cultures, transcendence of ego, mental models and study in a conversational mode are the basic elements of instructors learning community. At the level of the top of the certain theory level provides theory mode of instructors learning community.Thirdly, from the view of creating circumstance, creating culture, subject building and the accordance of rights, the article discusses the strategies in a good way. After the basic of theoretical research, which provides creating circumstance helps instructors learning community building the harmonious and democratic, cooperative culture helps prompting consultation and dialogue between members, subject building helps prompting academic and research strength of instructors learning community and the accordance of rights helps creating high levels of the constructiong of instructor.
