On The Construction Of College Instructors' Specialization From The Perspective Of Action Research

Action Research as a research method in the social sciences,through planning,action,observation,reflection spiral development process to achieve the purpose of improving the work.Specialized college counselors,the student is in ideological work,counselors have a more solid theoretical foundation in a particular area,and improve the working direction,and to complete the ideological and political education for teachers in general cannot be completed,so as to guide the students taught aims.College Counselors work is student-centered,and bear the ideological and political education,career planning,counseling and employment counseling and a series of work,the work content and the inherent requirements of the decision of University counselors should study philosophy as a guide to action.In these years,the government clearly stated: to take effective measures,efforts to build a high level of counseling member team.In recent years,colleges and universities gradually realized the importance of Counselors,but in college counselor road construction and development has encountered unprecedented "bottleneck" and Resistance: the lack of professional identity;counselors unstable;College Counseling members with the number and structure of deviations.Although the conditions for increased employment counselor for education,capacity requirements,but in reality did not show proper counselor "high quality" and "high-ability." Thus,the construction of professional counselors became the major colleges and universities in-depth study.This paper from the "Action Research" Starting angle of College Counselors specialized construction,and strive to Work Methods college counselors,learning,research,and promote the accumulation of work experience to enhance the ability of individual instructors,and finally train a number excellent instructor,counselors in order to optimize the organizational structure,professional knowledge structure,by increasing the professional competence of the individual counselor counselors working level thus contributing to achieve the overall improvement.Contribution of this paper is to establish a specialized college counselors at building Perspective of Action Research,with actors andresearchers creatively combined,thereby improving the effectiveness of research to make it more research value.
