The Present Situation And Improvement Strategy Of College Logistics Repair Management

During the reform of logistics management in colleges and universities,multiple resistances have been encountered and a lot of problems have been exposed.In order to push ahead with logistics reform,build efficient logistics management mode matched with development process of university,this paper studies on the view of theory and explores how to apply the value chain theory and delicacy management to college logistics management properly.Based on the value chain theory and delicacy management,this paper mainly studies request for repair management that problem is popular and important.Firstly,from the details,it digs all kinds of problems existing in the request for repair management deeply and carefully.Secondly,seeing the big picture,it analyzes and summarizes the causes of problems essentially.At last,according to the social and college development current situation,complying with the people-oriented principle,learning from the successful experience of other universities and enterprises,this paper presents an improved strategy of building WeChat official platform of request for repair management of logistics in colleges.To build an intelligent and efficient WeChat official platform of request for repair management,requirements analysis regarding performance and function of platform should be done strictly.Meanwhile,lots of ground work is done:operation process survey,data analysis,function analysis,function description of underlying business.Then it conducts database design and functions module flow design closely and friendly.At last,functions module interface design and functions implementation are achieved.The WeChat official platform management has the advantages of high information and intelligence,operation simply,efficient and economical,clear right and responsibility,equitable and fair and so on.According to the 6 functional modules,the popular problems existing in the request for repair management are nearly solved.
