Moral is the core of the values’system, and is all the value orientation of the basic frame of reference. In real life, the pursuit of the moral life of college students, advocating the moral principles, moral norms, which receives which make moral judgments and moral evaluation; choose moral behavior and the moral feeling experience, this all without exception is under the control and regulation of moral values.During the period in University, moral values are formed and developed. And how to guide the students to raise good morals education, good moral behavior and moral sentiments is a common problem placed in front of educators.This paper starts with the basic theory of moral values, the moral values of socialism with Chinese characteristics construction as the background, based on the survey results, and put forward the construction of the college students’ moral values education system approach and train of thought. Study of College Students’ moral values for College Ideological and political education has important reference.This thesis consists of eight chapters, thirty-three parts and can be divided into three parts. The first part is the basic theory, including the first three chapters. This part introduces the research background, significance and core concepts, and generalized and summarized the domestic and foreign research status of moral values and moral values are outlined and the theory of representations. The second part is the empirical research; the paper consists of third chapters. The view of the famous psychologist Professor Huang Xiting is the theoretical base, by reading the relevant literature, summed up the specific reflects of moral values in college students’ life, formed the questionnaire of current College Students’ moral values. The thesis regards480college students of three Universities as subjects, and the class as a unit of collective measure. Through the summary, the contemporary university students’ moral values are formed. The third part is the countermeasures and prospects, by chapter five、six or seven and eight. This part summarizes the effects of College Students’ moral values, including culture、economy、 school and their own factors. Through the summary and analysis foundation, it proposed the construction of College Students’ moral values education system feasibility analysis, and aimed at the problems and put forward the construction of the college students’ moral values education countermeasures, and the future research prospects.
