The female undergraduates seeking for jobs identify with the traditional division labor of gender, and they consciously avoid jobs of male qualities. The recruitment party of each unit refuses to employ employers of female undergraduates due to different labor division of social sex; mutual interaction makes the problem of difficult employment for female undergraduates increasingly serious, which also results in unequal sexual relations. Through analysis on the above problem, we find they have cool consciousness for themselves and ignore of sex discrimination behavior in the process of employment, they follow the social sex order centralized on male.Carl G. Jung unprecedentedly described4levels of human souls, of which, he used collective unconsciousness to allege the existence of human and pre-human experience in group, and by using this to explain the behavior of individual and collective, so that explaining that collective unconsciousness was one kind of social inheritance.By combining experience of seeking jobs of28female undergraduates and using theory of collective unconsciousness can properly explain a series of phenomenon such as the identification of them on traditional division labor of gender, ignorance on discrimination behavior in employment market, obedience with the sex order in traditional society, by collective unconsciousness to explain the employment problem of female undergraduates, we can clearly observe operation process of social sex mechanism centralized on male, we can understand that how social sex order centralized on male regulates daily thinking and behavior of human, as well as how unequal sex relations forms. Narration study has double aim in narration and explanation, this investigation is about the employment and life of female undergraduates, narration can lead us to undergo each experience of female been interviewed, truly feel the real situation for difficult employment for them. It uses detailed narration data to support and explain the phenomenon of collective unconsciousness in the process of employment for them, it is direct and reliable.It deeply analyzes the collective unconsciousness of male-center sex order by female undergraduates in the process of employment, we can understand that if we want to solve problem of difficult employment of them, firstly we should arouse the unconsciousness of them. They have the highest level in knowledge of female group; they should be clear and set examples for female groups of other levels.
