Middle School Students To Throw The Result Proves That The Head Technology And Related Physical Quality Of Research

As one of the subjects during the entrance examination from junior high school to seniorhigh school, the shot should be given certain attention. Accordingly, the research about howto effectively perform the training and improve the shot put record should also be emphasized.On the basis of the existing research results and the training performance, this paper mainlyapplies the following methods to analyze the indexes of shot put skill and the related physicalattributes. These methods include method of measuring, the non-parametric test for twoindependent samples and the factor analysis. The results show that the shot put record isclosely related with the shot put skill; also, the research locates certain physical attributes thatwill affect the shot put record, including wielding the bucket over the head, pushup and backstretch,15seconds back-up,1minute sit-ups, standing long jump, the back-put of the shot,the sitting shot put. These seven attributes are the main ones that influence the shot putrecords of the middle students. Among these seven attributes, the back-put of the shot and thesitting shot put can bring the most remarkable influence; after analyzing the relationshipbetween the shot put skill and the relative physical attributes, we can draw the conclusion thatthey relate with and rely on each other. In a word, the research results reveal that during theshot put training, the P. E teacher should give the priority to the training of the physicalfitness and combine the training of physical fitness with that of the shot put skill. Besides, thehigh importance should be given the training of these two remarkable attributes mentionedabove. By this way, we can ensure the development of the students’ physical condition whileimproving the shot put teaching achievement.
