The Research Of Self-education In The Process Of College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

How to do the work of college ideological and political education has been thequestion which colleges takes seriously. To realize the goal of college students’ideological and political education, self-education is the essential component. Withthe growing maturity of college students’ physical and mental development,self-education in the process of college students’ ideological and political education isplaying an increasingly important role. Colleges on the process of college students’ideological and political education should take various measures to train collegestudents’ self-awareness, improve the ability of college students’ self-education,internalize the social requirements of the code of ethics into their own moral character,and then outside into a series of ethical behavior which accommodate the socialdevelopment. However, Judging from the actual investigation, major colleges do notenough on research and pay not enough attention to the self-education in the processof college students’ ideological and political education. there are still some problemsin the realization of college students’ self-education. So how to solve these problemsand put forward some practical measures will become a major task in the process ofcollege students’ ideological and political education. In this paper, based on existingresearch, by actual survey. I conclude some problems of self-education in the processof college students’ ideological and political education and analyze the causes, fromthe students themselves and the college’s teaching model, the carrier of theenvironment and other aspects to achieve some of the ways for college students’self-education.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part discusses the research background, purpose and meaning, thoughtsand other issues.The second part is the meaning of related concepts.Including the "self" concept,"self-education" concept, and the "self-education in the process of college students’ideological and political education," and discribe the connotation of these concepts,put forward some of my views based on the research of various aspects, define therelated concepts connotation.The third part is the analysis of the value of the self-education in the process ofcollege students’ ideological and political education,respectively,from the value ofuniversity students’ subjectivity,the value of their own development, the value ofeducational objectives three aspects to be discussed. In the fourth part, this paper puts forward five problems existed in theself-education in the process of college students’ ideological and political education.by the form of questionnaire survey. Self awareness of cultivating mental character isnot mature enough; focus on the individual, ignoring the collective self-education; cannot be used practice to guide self-education; self-entertainment, fashion moreconcerned about, is not high on the social issues and college students’ self-educationis susceptible to network adverse environment effects, and I will analyze the reasons.The fifth part discusses the methods to accomplish the self-education in theprocess of college students’ ideological and political education.Respectively, fromself-awareness, self-internalization, self-control, self-training and role models forstudents to learn ways to improve their ability of college students’ self-education.Part six explained the ways to achieve the self-education in the process ofcollege students’ ideological and political education. Including train and play collegestudents’self-awareness; strengthen the education team; optimization of self-educationenvironment; innovative teaching models and effective protection for organizations atall levels to play the role of the school five aspects.
