It is generally believed that the reinforcement of the organization fairness is able to promote the commitment among members, weaken the intention of demission and reduce the demission. This research, based on the domestic and international achievement of the study of demission, in which college teachers are taken as samples and organization fairness and commitment are taken as variable objects, builds a model to study the demission intention of college teachers affected by fairness and commitment. The intention of demission also includes definition and models, so as to colleges and universities at home and abroad have been leaving the research results on the basis of managers to improve the fairness and organizational commitment level of teachers’ organizations, to reduce teacher turnover intention to provide a theoretical basis and management proposals.This paper investigates the six universities in the Nanjing area teachers, and collected669questionnaires, using factor analysis and structural equation analysis method, using SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0software model checking, the following conclusions:(1) college teachers’ organizations sense of fairness and organizational commitment of three-dimensional division is consistent with the sample data;(2) three dimensions of organizational justice, fair distribution of commitment to the organization of college teachers is the most significant, in particular the continuing commitment to the greatest impact;(3) of University Teachers of the level of normative commitment is largely influenced by procedural fairness;(4) interactive fair and college teachers of high correlation between affective commitment;(5) distributive justice, procedural fairness has a significant impact on turnover intention of university teachers, interactional justice on college teachers less turnover intention;(6) organizational commitment to accept full mediation role between college teachers of the organization a sense of fairness and turnover intention.
