The northwestern Hunan area has taken many measures to attract, keep, but the effect is not very ideal. This article from the northwestern Hunan area colleges and universities sports talents in Colleges and universities and its commitment and turnover intention relationship satisfaction point of view, to study how to solve the problem of the loss of Northwestern Hunan University Sports Talents of high level.At present, about the promise of satisfaction and turnover intention of the research, related research abroad is more comprehensive, and the research focused on the enterprise, on the college teachers’ research is very rare,research on the northwestern Hunan area university sports talents of high level is zero.The results of this study are: satisfaction with the relationship between the structural elements and the promise of commitment to the satisfaction and turnover intention;individual attribute difference structure factors on satisfaction degree of commitment in Colleges and universities.In order to obtain the relevant data, the author in the first half of 2014 in the northwestern region of college sports talents of high level conducted two large-scale questionnaire survey. The first questionnaire is mainly used for measuring the satisfaction of the structural factors of commitment and its correlation with turnover intention. The method used for the test of spherical, and individual attribute measurement difference in commitment satisfaction factors in the structure of the analysis of variance. Second copies of the questionnaire using the analytic hierarchy process on the job satisfaction factors of weights, the commitment and to evaluate the area weighted score of satisfaction analysis. On the basis of this, the present situation of Hunan Province, Xiangxi north area college sport s talents in Colleges and universities and its promise of satisfaction and turnover intention relationship, based on the results of this study raise the northwestern Hunan area colleges and universities sports talents in Colleges and universities and the countermeasures to curb the satisfaction promised sports high level talents loss. Through the above research, expect to be able to enrich the teachers in Colleges and universities of our country promised satisfaction and turnover intention theory, at the same time, expect to be able to provide some operationalsuggestions with strong sense.Specifically, the main results of this thesis are: first, using the test method of colleges and universities in our province in North Xiangxi area, the promise of satisfaction has nine aspects, the author named it: wages and benefits, promotion,the basic housing security, family members working or learning arrangement,education opportunities and working conditions work experience with the system,the teaching and the scientific research pressure etc.. Second, the use of AHP is used to get the satisfaction of the impact of various factors in the structure of commitment ranking from high to low order: wages and benefits, promotion,the basic housing security, family members working or learning arrangements,post-graduate opportunities, working conditions, working years, employing system,teaching and scientific research pressure. Third, by using the weighted score method to get the structure of our province Xiangxi area north of the promise of satisfactionon turnover intention has significant predictive effect for wages and benefits and opportunities for advancement. Fourth, according to the results of the study, puts forward 7targeted, operable countermeasures and suggestions. |
