| The thesis mainly aims at sorting out the relationship among Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment, Subjective Perception and Turnover Intention, and whose influence from individual teacher in different types. Questionnaire will be adopted, which focus on “certain†college in Quanzhou,on the basis of Subjective Intention. The thesis tries to find out the Incentive Mechanism for the development of excellent teachers in vocational institutes.The thesis draws the core conclusions:Firstly, how vocational institutes concentrate on “connotation†construction, which makes teachers confident about the development in the institute and are indeed proud of it. Furthermore, the institute should set the stage for teachers, on which they are honored to achieve their ideals and value. The mention above is the targeting and the objectives of the school leaders. The three aspects enjoy indivisible relationship, which include the job itself, Job Involvement and Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction determines the degree of Job Involvement, which develops a low teachers’ Turnover Intention.Secondly, the survey on Organization Commitments is to certify teachers’ dependence, recognition and involvement, in other words, Affection Commitment, Sustainable Commitment and Norm Commitment, which mentioned in the thesis. Teachers in different types are disapproved of the Norm Commitment according to the research.Thirdly, with the development of society, teachers enjoy more opportunities to choose their jobs. Teachers in private institutes are offered the limited remuneration and opportunities, which have been resulting in the increasing Turnover Intention. If vocational institutes still haven’t set up certain special Incentive Mechanisms.Fourthly, without the consideration of the job itself, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction enjoy the negative relationship. Hence, Organization Commitment is the variables between and Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction.The analysis on the turnover intention is for the strategies for private institutes. Through the practice of the strategies, the turnover of the teachers would be reduced, enhancing the development of the vocational institutes. |
