Construction of new socialist countryside, speeds up the modern agriculture construction, achievesthe comprehensive construction well-off society goal, with a particular emphasis on agriculture,difficulty in farmers. The farmers are the main body of agricultural production, its quality directlydecides the agricultural production and the development level of farmers’ income level. Therefore, andtrain new peasants is of great significance, we must make great efforts to implement farmer educationtraining project, take a series of effective training measures to improve the farmers’ cultural quality ofscience and technology. Whether the development of the countryside urbanization trend, or peasantsstratum differentiation of the objective reality and increasing the income of farmers huge pressure, areclearly shows that vocational education wide development space.The thesis analyzes the background of the development of vocational education in LiaoningProvince, farmers, highlighting the study’s purpose, significance, research methods, research ideas andtechnology roadmap related concepts defined. Relying on the vocational education of farmers inLiaoning Province questionnaire data, and the data analysis of the descriptive finishing, combined withthe actual situation of the farmers in Liaoning Province, vocational education, using a combination oftheoretical analysis and quantitative research approach, detailed analysis of Liaoning farmers invocational Education, problems and constraints. And statistical analysis of the training methods and thesystem of vocational education in developed countries of Japan, South Korea, Germany, the UnitedStates, Israel and other farmers, which sum up the practice of farmers in Liaoning Province, thedevelopment of vocational education is worth learning, identify the province in the farmers’vocationalexisting problems and shortcomings in the educational development process. The same time,the analysis of problems, accelerate the development of farmers in Liaoning Province, vocationaleducation mode and suggestions, including farmer vocational education into the legal track, increase theintensity of farmers’ vocational education funding, strengthen faculty with improve farmers ’vocationaleducation base hardware facilities, the establishment of farmers’ vocational education evaluationmechanisms. Vocational education of the farmers in our province through the rationalization for thedevelopment of practical ideas, and to provide a reference for the rapid and healthy development ofvocational education of farmers in Liaoning Province.
