Education equalization is the focus of continuous national attention in recent years.Especially,the spatial allocation of basic education resources and the spatial distribution balance have become hot issues in the study in geospatial patterns.According to the intensification of globalization of knowledge-based economy,aim at the requirements of China's construction of economic power,talented countries and the implementation of educational development strategies,and the realistic needs of the development of basic education in Wuhan,this paper uses mathematical models and geospatial from the perspective of human geography.The analysis method is used to study the resources allocation of basic education and the balance of supply and demand in Wuhan,the research results provide data support and policy recommendation for basic education in Wuhan and even in central of ChinaThis paper based on the theory of resource optimization allocation?the theory of spatial balance as well as the theory of supply and demand,systematic research on the allocation of basic education resources and the balanced of supply and demand,with the goal of the basic education resources allocation space supply and demand,Wuhan City is selected as the research area and the basis of the region on,the research is on the allocation of the education of space provides a strong theoretical basis and empirical support for the further formulating policies and ideas for the balanced development of basic education resources in Wuhan.Firstly,through the analysis of the status situation,the development status?spatial pattern?coupling relationship between basic education resources and residential areas in Wuhan;on the basis,the level and the difference of basic education resources allocation are further analyzed,explore the efficiency of basic education resources spatial layout;finally,according to the current situation of the basic education resources allocation and space supply and demand,the author proposes the path of balanced development of basic education resources in Wuhan and the optimization of supply and demand space of basic education resources in the future.The follows are the main contents1.Quantitative analysis of the coupling relationship between basic education resources and residential areasFrom 2005 to 2018,the basic education in Wuhan showed a trend of increasing first and then increasing,while the number of residential areas increase persistently;the distribution of basic education resources and residential areas showed a "core-edge" distribution trend,which is concentrated in the central urban,while the urban area is sparsely distributed.The coupling degree between the basic education resources and the center of residential area shows a wave trend,with both ends?middle high.Taking 2010 as the time node,previous stage(2005-2010)basic resources and the center of gravity residential areas are in the same offset direction,and the latter stage(2010-2018)the two are in the opposite direction2.Research on the balance of basic education resources allocation level and analysis of spatial layout efficiency.(1)Based on statistical indicators of basic education in the national unified statistical caliber,an index system for measuring the allocation level of basic education resources was constructed,using the analytic hierarchy process combined with the expert scoring method,a certain scientific index weight was obtained,and the data was rationalized.Under the premise of using weighted index and model calculation,the educational resources allocation level of primary,unior high school in various administrative districts of Wuhan is obtained,and clusters analysis is carried out according to the above results,which are divided into 8 class levels:I.high quality,high quantity and high funding,?high quality,high quantity and low cost,?.high quality,low quantity and low cost,?.high quality,high quantity and low cost,VII.low quality,high quantity and high cost,VI.low quality,high quantity,low cost,VII.low quality,high quantity and high cost,VIII.low quality,low quantity and low cost.The results of cluster analysis show that,from the whole,the primary school resources allocation in the central district is higher than that in the far district,the primary school resources allocations level in Jiang An district?Jiang Han district,?Huang Pi district show great trend,but that in Han Yang district?Wu Chang district?Dong Xi Lake district is seriously low;The junior high school resources level in far district is high than that in the center district,among them the junior high school resources in Dong Xi Lake district?Huang Pi district show the great trend,but in Jiang Han district?Qi Kou district?Hong Shan district?Cai Dian district?Jiang Xia district is seriously low.According to the research the primary education allocation lever in Wuhan is unbalanced,which is reflected in the administrative division of education resources with a good educational resource allocation;the education resource allocation level of Wuhan junior high school is lower than that of primary school,and the basic resource of Huang Pi district is the most balanced,while the basic education resource allocation level in Wu Chang district,Hong Mountain district,Cai Dian is particularly prominent.(2)Based on the analysis of the ArcGIS network analysis service district,to analysis the spatial balance of education resources with the spatial distribution efficiency of basic education resources is analyzed.Analysis of 177 streets,the followings are the specific results.In the central urban area,the largest coverage rate of the primary service areas is The National street,the smallest one is Wu dong street,the difference between the two is 0.86;the largest maximum coverage rate of primary service areas is The Steel garden,the lowest is Chang Qian street,WISCO Group Company,Qing Mountain town street;the largest coverage rate of junior high school service area is Xi ma street,the smallest one is Qi Jiaji street,the difference between the two is 0.93;the highest coverage rate of junior high school service area is Zhong Hua road street,the lowest one is Zhang Jiawan street.In the far district,the largest coverage rate of primary school service area is Mulan Mountain Scenic Area,the smallest one is Tong Lake,the difference between the two is 0.79;the largest maximum coverage rate of primary school service area is Wu Jiashan street,the lowest one is Zhuan Kou street,San Liqiao street etc;the largest coverage rate of junior high school service area is Wu Jiashan street,the smallest one is Fa Si town?Dong Mountain street etc(3)Research on quantitative perspective analyzes the basic resources in Wuhan and thecoupling relationship of residential areas,and resources allocation level and the efficiency of spatial.Based on the current situation and the problem raised in the provided research,provide the path of development to promote the balance of the basic education.Wuhan will optimize the allocation from the following aspects in the future.?Increase the supply of basic education resources,realize the basic education resources and direction coupling of residential angle coupling meet.?Establish the part basic education resources space balanced supply system.?Advise the government adjust the system of choose the basic education,adjust it from a single point to a multitude point scribe.?Based on the model of forecast of the population in the future,based on the variation of children which are of the right age every year,the government officials of administrative region should adjust the class,scale of the class and the teachers in advance.Reformulate the new "Dynamic School District" mode.
