Research On Female College Students Interpersonal Issues And Educational Measures

Interpersonal problem is one of the most important life issues of female college students.It will affect their learning efficiency, quality of life and mental health. They hope to establishgood interpersonal relationship and eager to get incentive relationship to developself-confidence and a sense of belonging. But the reality is not very good. In China, theinterpersonal situation of female college students is not very optimistic overall. Interpersonaldiscord factors are still exist, which give them a negative effect to the quality of life. Thedisorder factors are learning efficiency、mental health and other aspects. Therefore, theinterpersonal problem of female college students can not be ignored. Scholars have begun topay attention to the interpersonal relationships of female college students, but they still cannot give enough measures. Now there is no comprehensive and specialized studies on femalestudents interpersonal. This is a short point of the ideological and political education in China,the main purpose of this paper is to do something to it.The thesis is divided into six parts:Part1,"Introduction" is the proposed topic in this article, and the evaluation of existingresearch results of this research. In order to make clear the research methods and basic ideas.Part2, Basis on the comparison with male students and female graduate students to drawfemale students interpersonal characteristics as well as good interpersonal relations.Part3, I made questionnaire in order to learn about the interpersonal status of femalecollege students.Part4, Based on the status quo to analyze the influencing factor of female studentsinterpersonal, including the objective and the subjective factors.Part5, Based on the analysis of influencing factors on the interpersonal relationships offemale students to explore and establish harmonious interpersonal relationships educationpath for female students. Education is three-dimensional, educators and students need to playtheir own roles. The interaction requires education mediator to act as a bridge. Takingadvantage of the role of the ideological and political education organization intermediary、 media intermediary、content intermediaries and psychological education intermediary. So, theinterpersonal study of female college students will be more scientific and timeliness.Part6, Conclusion.I tried my best to sum up the view expressed in the text.
