Research On The Interpersonal Relationship In The Dormitory Of Ethnic Minority Female College Students

The interpersonal relationship among minority female college students'dormitories has become one of the most important and direct relationships in relations among minority female college students because its high frequency and the small spatial distance.However,the characteristics of the minority female interpersonal college students group often cause more problems in their interpersonal relationships.The development of interpersonal relations in minority female college students' dormitories is not only related to their growth and success,but also of great importance to the development of the national unity and progress of education in China.Therefore,the research on the interpersonal relationship of minority female college students'dormitories is particularly important.This study revealed that the current status of relationships among minority female college students' dormitories can be generally divided into three types:friendly,polite,and indifferent by using a self-designed Interview Outline for Interpersonal Relations in Minority Female College Students' Dormitory to interview 20 minority female university students,combining with the information obtained from daily participation-based observation methods and analyze qualitatively.The overall status of their interpersonal relationships of them show that the harmony is higher than the conflict,and it is V-shaped about time.Some minority female college students have the phenomenon of small groups,self-centeredness,indifference in dormitory interpersonal communication.Contradictions caused by minority taboos,life trifles,personal interests,bad competition,etc.are also common problems in the interpersonal communication among minority female college students.In addition,the gap between the rich and the poor has hindered the communication among minority female college students in the dormitory,and the female college students of ethnic minorities are still confined to dormitories and their communication circles is limited.Research show a that the diversity of social ideas and values,negative effects from the socialist market economy,and polarization of society are important factors that make a difference for ethnic minority female college students to create correct interpersonal relations.Regional cultural differences and the development of regional economic cause that ethnic minority female students have poor abilities to communicate with each other in their dormitories.Colleges and universities have a poor understanding of the particularities of minority students,the teaching content,dormitory culture and related management systems have a negative impact on the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationships among ethnic minority female students'dormitories.The economic situation,the relationship of family members and the parents' educational conception also limit the formation of good interpersonal communication skills among ethnic minority female students.In addition,the self-perception bias and personality differences of ethnic minority female college students are the direct causes of the interpersonal relationship problems in minority female college students' dormitory.To build a harmonious minority female college student dormitory interpersonal relationship needs many efforts.For our society level,to promote the spirit of collectivism,help minority female college students create a correct interpersonal view,improve the bad social atmosphere,and create a harmonious interpersonal communication environment.For the regions,local governments should strengthen cultural exchanges in ethnic minority areas,promote the intercultural communication skills among ethnic minority female students,strengthen economic support and precision poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas to eliminate poor ethnic minority female college students' barriers to interpersonal communication completely.For schools,colleges and universities still need to strengthen the ideological,political education and the construction of related interpersonal relationships courses,and the humanistic care and psychological counseling for minority female college students.And strengthen the minority college students' dormitory,to ensure minority female college students' dormitory develops harmoniously.For their family,parents should create a harmonious living environment,change the old educational concepts,influence them constantly to make minority female students form a good personality and they improve interpersonal skills.For themselves,building a harmonious and friendly interpersonal relationship in the dorms,mastering certain interpersonal knowledge and skills,and building motivation to resolve interpersonal barriers from your hearts also requires minority female college students to continuously improve their self-cultivation and personality quality.
