The Questions And Countermeasures Of Female College Students’Interpersonal Communication

In recent years, the female college students in colleges and universities in our country is rising. Compared with male students, female college students are bigger influenced by interpersonal communication because of the particularity of its physiological and psychological quality, and more eager to smoothly associate with the people around. Thus, helping female college students establish normal interpersonal communication and a good interpersonal relationship to make its smooth development, has become the current ideological and political education’s important task.The paper is based on social investigation, and from the reality to deeply discussed the subject. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts:In the first part, on the basis of expound the meanings and characteristics of the female college students’interpersonal communication, discussing the significance to female college students’development:good interpersonal communication is helpful to the physical and mental health of female college students, is conducive to smoothly realize socialization, and will help develop female students’thinking and research.The second part, the author analysed the female college students’interpersonal problems and reasons. The author thinks that, at present the female college students’ interpersonal communication exist the following problems:associations is narrow and more centered on the dormitory; Communication is too idealistic, demanding balance; Some girls lack of emotional investment in interpersonal communication; Intercourse too much emphasis on the self; Lacking of skills make part of the female college students unable to communication; Associated with the opposite exist disorders; Improper network communication. The cause of these problems mainly include:female college students’own development is not mature, cognitive biases, affective disorders, personality defects; the influence of traditional concepts; the adverse effects of family environment and education; deviation of school education and the negative influence of social environment.The third part, the strategies to solve the problem of female college students’ interpersonal interaction and promote female college students all-round development:the first is to improve the female college students’personality accomplishment and interpersonal skills. Secondly to improve the school education, optimize the environment of campus culture. Once again to guide parents to change ideas, building harmonious family atmosphere. Finally, carry forward the spirit of collectivism, build good interpersonal atmosphere.
